Which areas do you serve for pet cremation pickup?
All of Orange County and greater Los Angeles. From our Huntington Beach home base we routinely reach coastal cities, inland communities, and everywhere between — homes, veterinary offices, and emergency clinics alike.
We live outside Orange County or LA — can you still help?
Often, yes. Families in Riverside, San Bernardino, and northern San Diego County call us regularly. Tell us where you are and we'll be honest about whether we can reach you promptly, or help you find someone closer who can.
Does the pickup fee change based on our city?
No. Within our Orange County and Los Angeles service area there are no mileage charges and no zone pricing. The quote you receive is complete, whether you're five minutes from us in Huntington Beach or an hour north.
How fast can you reach the far side of Los Angeles?
Even at the edges of our service area we typically arrive within two to three hours, traffic depending — and we'll give you a realistic arrival window when you call, then keep you updated on the way.
