Can you pick up our pet from a veterinary office?
Absolutely. We regularly work with veterinary hospitals and emergency clinics across Orange County and Los Angeles. Tell your vet you've chosen Family First Animal Aftercare, call us, and we coordinate everything directly with their staff.
How should we care for our pet before you arrive?
Keep your pet in a cool, quiet place, wrapped in a soft towel or blanket if you wish. There is nothing else you need to do — and nothing you can do wrong. We will guide you gently when you call.
What happens during a mobile pickup at our home?
We arrive quietly, introduce ourselves, and give your family all the time you need for final goodbyes. When you are ready, we carry your pet to our vehicle on a soft stretcher or in caring arms, with the dignity they deserve.
